Most corporations usually have a preferred vendor list. Our phone and online reporting systems are on 24 hours a day, and we have 24hour emergency serivce. Learn. Knowledge displaces fear and anger. Communities with more education are happier communities. There is mandatory training for all Condo directors in Ontario, including the ones who are on your board, to ensure they are qualified. You do not have to be a director to take this training, and it is free. This training is available here:
